What is it?

Dechained is a next-gen AI gateway designed for agents like Claude Code and multi-model chat. We allow you to easily swap between Anthropic and OpenAI-compatible models with 1-click.

How do I set it up?

  1. Create an agent profile in the dashboard.
  2. Update your environment variables.

  3. Run Claude Code as normal.

Does it work with my paid Claude subscription?

Yes, but only when using Claude Code.

What agents are supported?

Just Claude Code for now. We plan to support more coding agents, assistants, and custom autonomous agents soon.

What model providers are supported?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI (Kimi K2.6), and DeepSeek. More will be added soon.

Can I just pay you for model usage?

Not yet. Most providers ban startups from reselling their services without explicit approval. If you're a model provider that wants to work with us, email partnerships@dechained.ai.

Do you log, store, or train on my prompts, inputs, outputs, etc.?

No, for gateway traffic we follow Zero Data Retention (ZDR). If you use our built-in chat, we store those conversations until you delete them. However, once your data leaves our infrastructure it's up to your model provider's policy.

Is support included?

No dedicated support at $5/mo, but please report any issues or feature requests in the dashboard or email feedback@dechained.ai.
